TormentCirno is an ice fairy from the Touhou series. She appears in more than one game (I'm not going to point them out however) She debuted in the 6th Touhou game as a 2nd stage boss. She is one of the strongest in Gensokyo (as her fans say X3)
The next time to EVER celebrate Cirno Day again in your lifetime (theres a slim chance you'll live that long ._.; ) Is in 90 years.
